Meet Stephanie

Stephanie is a registered social service worker and a life and wellness coach who has always been drawn to helping others. Her compassion springs from her own experiences overcoming addictions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. 


With over 25 years working in the mental health field, Stephanie has learned to guide others through difficult life circumstances to set them on a path of self-compassion and self-love.


Stephanie believes that if her internal life is in order then her outside life unfolds as it is meant to be. Her main goals are to keep spiritually aligned, to be a creator and to help others. When she lives this purpose her life is serene.
