Who Can Benefit From Therapy?
Welcome. I am so happy you are here!
Therapy is for everyone, and my practice is inclusive and supportive of every human being. Choosing to attend therapy is an act of self-care and self-compassion. Time spent in therapy is dedicated time to focus on YOURSELF.
If you are grieving, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or going through a difficult transition, I can offer you a safe and supportive space to process your thoughts, emotions and experiences openly and honestly. With me as your therapist, you will be met with warmth, validation, empowerment and practical strategies to cope and move forward in your life.
In addition to my clinical work, I have extensively studied the human–animal bond and the deep connections we share with our pets. I offer compassionate support for those navigating pet loss, caring for an aging or ill pet, or exploring the complex emotions that can arise when considering welcoming another pet into their home after a loss.
I believe healing begins from within, and as you deepen your self-understanding, you will open the door to meaningful change and growth. Life can be beautiful and also deeply exhausting at times. You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m here to support you either virtually or in person, as you move toward clarity, healing, and a more grounded sense of self.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a virtual, in person or walk & talk therapy session. If you’d like to call and talk first to determine if we are a good fit, please book a free 15-min consult call. I look forward to hearing from you.
