Registered Massage Therapist

Here at Discover Wellness, my goal as a Registered Massage Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist is to help you alleviate pain and discomfort and to get you moving and feeling better. I use a combination of massage therapy and exercise to help alleviate your stress and/or pain. I always encourage my patients to be proactive in their health through regular movement, mindfulness, and body awareness. I graduated from Sutherland Chan in 2015 with a Diploma of Missage Therapy (Dip.MT). I also has an Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology (H.B.Sc.Kin) from McMaster University. During my undergrad, I worked as an intern Strength and Conditioning Coach and Student Therapist with the Men's Varsity Volleyball and Basketball teams. Upon graduation, I obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, running, cycling, weightlifting, and meditating.

Chelsea Campbell, MSW, RSW, RECE

Registered Social Worker & Registered Early Childhood Educator

Hi, my name is Chelsea Campbell, and I am a Master’s level Registered Social Worker and Registered Early Childhood Educator providing psychotherapy virtually across Ontario and in person in Orillia to clients ages 6 and up. I have availability in the evenings and on Saturdays. In-person, we will meet in a warm, relaxing, and welcoming therapy space. I also offer flexible virtual sessions and Walk & Talk therapy, where we can meet on a local trail or by the waterfront.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, as well as the College of Early Childhood Educators. While my career path has not been linear, it has always been rooted in care, connection, and supporting others. I began my journey as an Early Childhood Educator and have had the privilege of working closely with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults throughout my career as a social worker and now as a therapist

Grounded in compassion, acceptance, and empathy, I offer a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. Together, we will build a trusting and collaborative relationship. I will listen without judgment, help identify unhelpful patterns, recognize your strengths, and support you in developing practical tools and strategies you can use in your daily life. It would be an honour to support you and create a space where you feel safe to explore and unpack your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

My services are covered by most insurance plans (RSW, MSW). If you don’t have coverage, please feel free to inquire about sliding scale options so we can find something that works within your budget.

Who Can Benefit From Therapy?

Welcome. I am so happy you are here!

Therapy is for everyone, and my practice is inclusive and supportive of every human being. Choosing to attend therapy is an act of self-care and self-compassion. Time spent in therapy is dedicated time to focus on YOURSELF.

If you are grieving, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or going through a difficult transition, I can offer you a safe and supportive space to process your thoughts, emotions and experiences openly and honestly. With me as your therapist, you will be met with warmth, validation, empowerment and practical strategies to cope and move forward in your life.

In addition to my clinical work, I have extensively studied the human–animal bond and the deep connections we share with our pets. I offer compassionate support for those navigating pet loss, caring for an aging or ill pet, or exploring the complex emotions that can arise when considering welcoming another pet into their home after a loss.

I believe healing begins from within, and as you deepen your self-understanding, you will open the door to meaningful change and growth. Life can be beautiful and also deeply exhausting at times. You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m here to support you either virtually or in person, as you move toward clarity, healing, and a more grounded sense of self.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a virtual, in person or walk & talk therapy session. If you’d like to call and talk first to determine if we are a good fit, please book a free 15-min consult call. I look forward to hearing from you.
